The date that matters
Your handover date, the end of a lease, or the night you want a recurring clean to start. Post-construction dates move often, so tell us the date you have now and we will work around changes.
Access and security
How the crew gets in after hours. Badges, lockbox, alarm codes, loading dock hours, and whether anyone else is still working in the building while we are there.
What you have now
In-house staff, another contractor, or nothing yet. If you are replacing someone, it helps to know what went wrong so the written scope covers it properly.
