We started in 2011 as commercial cleaners in Cincinnati, doing final cleans for a handful of local general contractors. The work grew the way it usually does in this trade, by finishing on time and getting called back. Today the same crew handles post-construction cleaning, nightly janitorial cleaning and commercial move-out cleaning for buildings across Greater Cincinnati.
We stayed independent on purpose, so there is no franchise fee coming out of the job. Because of that, the person who quotes your site is the person you call. You can see the standard we hold ourselves to in our before and after project photos, and in what building owners say on our reviews page.
Two outside rules shape how we work on site. Dust from drywall and concrete falls under the OSHA limits for respirable crystalline silica, so a final clean needs proper extraction rather than a shop vac. And in occupied offices, facility managers often ask for products on the EPA Safer Choice list, which we note in the written scope before anyone starts.

Who you will be dealing with
Cincy ProClean is run by Andre Ross, who walks most sites himself. The person who prices your building is the person who answers when you call about it later, and there is no account manager in between passing messages along. That is the practical difference between a local operator and a franchise. Nothing gets handed off, and nobody has to check with a head office before agreeing to something.
We are reachable Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm, on (513) 294-8326. If something on site is not right, that number reaches the same people who did the work.

- Houses and apartments. We are commercial only, so a residential cleaner will serve you better
- Recurring contracts outside Greater Cincinnati. Post-construction travels to three metros, nightly work does not
- Anything needing rope access or a lift above ground level
- Work we cannot staff properly to your date. We would rather say so than take the booking and be short on the night
