Insurance and safety
Yes. Namely general liability and workers compensation, which in Ohio runs through the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. Certificates on request.

Scheduling and coverage
First, post-construction cleaning in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus. Meanwhile, nightly janitorial and move-out cleaning in Greater Cincinnati only.

The work itself

Yes, since haul-away is part of post-construction cleaning. Construction and demolition waste is handled separately from ordinary trash, under the EPA rules for sustainable management of construction and demolition materials.
