The clean that gets a unit lease-ready
Move-out cleaning is what stands between a vacated unit and the next signed lease. First, left-behind furniture, fixtures and debris have to go. Then the space needs a deep clean before anyone will tour it.
We handle the clear-out and the cleaning as one job, scheduled around your re-lease date so the unit is ready to show without delay.

How commercial move-out cleaning differs from a regular clean
A nightly or weekly clean maintains a space that is still in use. Commercial move-out cleaning deals with what a departing tenant left behind, plus everything their furniture was hiding, so the two jobs share almost no scope. We handle both, and you can see how we work before you call. All three services are listed together.
A regular clean covers
- Surfaces, floors and restrooms in daily use
- Trash from the current occupants
- Touchpoints, glass and shared areas
- The same task list on every visit
A move-out clean covers
- Furniture, fixtures and abandoned equipment removed
- Signage, anchors, brackets and cable runs stripped out
- Adhesive, marks and shadows left behind shelving
- Every surface, including ones nobody has seen in years
Anything sealed behind furniture or under flooring needs checking rather than covering. If a suite has been closed up for months, or there is any sign of damp, deal with the source before you re-list it, because a deep clean will not hide it. In practice, the EPA guidance on indoor air quality is the right starting point.
Still, waste is the other place a turnover goes wrong. Most of what a tenant leaves is ordinary commercial waste, but solvents, batteries, lamps and some electronics are not, and those follow EPA hazardous waste rules rather than going in the dumpster. Tell us what is in the suite and we will price the disposal properly instead of discovering it on the day.
